You are so cool René

I heard as I stepped outside Kelly’s shop this morning, I spun my body around to see who it was but all I managed to glimpse was a white van speed by down Main Street. “Thank you fan” I shouted but only some old lady heard who happened to be passing by. I don’t know who you are but thank you. I had just come from a pretty awesome meeting and was already feeling jazzed. I was on top of the world and only 10 o’clock.
Actually I was mostly jazzed at the new window at Kelly’s created by my friends Sean Bokencamp and Nicole Armour all round creative people who created, illustrated and assembled a homage to Christmas in Picton. The ultimate piece du resistance, an illustrated “René” doll complete with goo goo googly eyes set in a karaoke party at the Acoustic Grill. I super love it because Kelly and I are having our second annual party there on Monday and because I like being illustrated more than just about anything, in fact if you’re struggling with what to get me for Christmas just doodle a picture of me and I’ll be happy as a clam.
Check out Kelly’s window it is a ton of fun. And for more neat stuff from Sean check out his Kelly’s video below.
