“Rings on her fingers and bells on her toes you know she is my sunshine wherever she goes.”

I had to google the lyrics but I knew that I had heard the song somewhere – that’s right country karaoke. Adelita Rose is the song that inspired Caitlin Den Boer to name her company. It has been a couple of posts since I’ve showcased any of my design work and in light of next weeks networking evening I’ve decided to feature the work I’ve done with another speaker of the night, Caitlin.

Adelita Rose is a County photography business that focuses on a unique and photo journalistic approach the style of photography of weddings and events. There is a raw beauty in all of her work that brings out the best in her subjects. This is what we tried to translate into her logo and extend beyond to that of her entire brand, promotional material, stationery and website. Her photography always being the primary focus, Caitlin’s card feature a series of different backs showcases different features in her photography from the engagement to elegantly composed still life’s.

One of the strongest assets that Caitlin has been is the ability to capture in her market through social media. Her website features her blog and twitter feeds prominently yet, at the same time, giving maximum exposure to her work behind the camera. The social media and her photos compliment each other well because they are both sharing stories and experiences. By doing this Caitlin has been able to promote to her clients and open a dialogue with her audience.

She also has been been enormously successful at integrating her Facebook fan page into the mix. I’ve seen her use it to promote engagement of couples, share successes and event send out requests to the community in scouting for locations.
